Shapes filtering in sfMaps

Is it possible to filter particular shapes in ShapeFileLayer?

I want to show settlements only on selected area and avoid to create a layer for each area.

Currently we do not have support for filtering shape files in SfMaps.
As a work around you can view particular region of Map shapefile with the help of json coordinates. So, you can render any desired region by keeping the particular coordinates alone in json file.

We have considered this requirement and we will log feature requirement in any of our upcoming release.
