how to change the language

As you can see in the next image, it show the message "No suggestions" and I would like to change the language of this message, how can I do it?

We suggest you to use the locale property of DropDownList to change the language of “No suggestion” message. Please refer to the below given UG Link

As far as I know, the variable "Locale" is not defined.

We have provided support for localization in DropDownList since version 14.1.0.46. Kindly refer to the following Release Notes: https://help.syncfusion.com/js/release-notes/v14.1.0.46?type=all#ejdropdownlist 

In order to use localization, we suggest you upgrade to the latest version or to a version higher than 14.1.0.46.
