We have prepared a ReportViewer sample using Drilldown report in ASP.NET MVC platform and it can be downloaded from below location, 

Please refer to the below forum link to create a Drilldown report, 

you can obtain the ASP.NET MVC ReportViewer sample in below build installed location, 
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Syncfusion\EssentialStudio\version\ MVC\Samples\web
