How to add resource to appointments in schedule control ?

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.  

  

The appointment items for ScheduleControl can be added by implementing the IScheduleAppointmentList or IScheduleAppointment interfaces. Already we have provided a KB to add appointments for ScheduleControl.  Please refer to the below UG and KB link,
