Cannot Start Data Integration

Trying to follow the Getting Started Guide but the box is grayed out and the manual start method mentioned does not seem to exist.

Navigate to the folder where Data Integration was installed. Within this folder is a subfolder named bin. Navigate to this subfolder and double-click the run-nifi.bat file.This will launch Data Integration and leave it running in the foreground. To shut down Data Integration, select the window that was launched and hold the Ctrl key while pressing C.

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.  

Once you started the data integration platform, it brings up the web User Interface (UI). This web page has limited access, in order to retain the full access you need login the Data integration platform.  

The default Username and Password is “admin” , please use this credentials to login to the data integration platform.
