Cell selection

You guys provide a neat feature - GridTapped, which gives me the rowIndex and columnIndex

I also see I can highlight the Row which got selected, which is neat too.

I have a requirement to do just the Cell Selection, border highlight would be the most ideal but whole cell background color would be not too bad. Do you guys have anything like that ? How can I achieve that ?
