In our current implementation we do not have support for "Show Appointments in SfCalendar YearView Mode" this and we have considered this as a feature request and logged feature report. This feature will be available any of our upcoming Volume releases.

of now, we don't have an immediate plan to implement this appointment support
for year view mode in the foreseeable future.
