Word 2010 Checkboxes

Hey all.

I've been having issues using File Format to parse a Word 2010 file. It seems that when looking for check boxes, it only detects Legacy ones and the newer check boxes appear all as StructureDocumentTagInline Entities. Is there any way around this or can you manipulate the StrutureDocumentTagInline objects to obtain the state of the check box?
