aplicattion crashes in windows 10 but not in windows 8.

good afternoon. I have a problem with the sfdatagrid, when the user is doing horizontal scrolling in a grid that have 36 columns the aplicattion crashes, this only happen in windows 10, in windows 8 it works fine. Attach the XAML where  is the code of the grid, in the file there are many grids, the grids that have the problem is 'GridConsolidadoMes'. The grid is binding a observablecollection, we are using the pattern mvvm.

Could you please share some more information about your query as like, 

1. Are you did any other customization on your application ?

  

If it’s possible, could you please revert by modifying the attached sample based on your application along with the replication procedure?. This would be helpful for us to provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
