Issue with SfTextBoxExt

I've encounderd an strange issue with sfTextBoxExt where if a form or control containing sfTextBoxExt looses focus and again gains focus, the data entered in Textboxs are gone making it null. 

To help you regenerate the problem I've attached a sample project (VS 2015) and also some images (stored on google drive - link below) so that you can get to know what is the problem.
