How to fixate left top corner in edit mode programmatically

Hello!

I have list of diagram created in different time. All of them fits on my screen.

But when i load them. left top corner some times is out of visible area of my screen.

How can i fit my diagrams to screen?

Or maybe i can fixate top left corner of diagram in the edit mode?
