Editing Mode - Changes not sticking

We are using the AllowEditing = true property and we can edit the cell but after exitiung the cell, the value goes back to original value.

I have attached the sample of ViewController.

Can you please review and let me know what is missing!

Please ensure that you have implemented the INotifyPropertyChanged interface for model class. If you want your data model to respond to editing (property changes), then you must implement INotifyPropertyChanged interface in your model class.
