Convert Font Size from Pixel to Point

Hello,

I have two request:
1) I would convert the font size of SfRichTextBoxAdv with the same point of Microsoft Office Word.
2) I would like to have editable the field up the combo box: Fond and Size to type the font type and the size type that I want.
