We are unable to reproduce the reported issue “dashboard stopped working after changing the culture”. Also, the data source file you shared is not accessible.
Could you please provide us the exact replication procedure or sample SYDX file to investigate this further from our end?
It will be helpful if you share us the video replicating the problem faced with localization.
If you have faced any errors, please provide us the error log file generated in the below location:
\%appdata%\Syncfusion\DashboardDesigner\[Version]\ErrorLog
