After change language to pt-br, my dashboar stops working.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

We are unable to reproduce the reported issue “dashboard stopped working after changing the culture”. Also, the data source file you shared is not accessible. 


Could you please provide us the exact replication procedure or sample SYDX file to investigate this further from our end? 

It will be helpful if you share us the video replicating the problem faced with localization. 

If you have faced any errors, please provide us the error log file generated in the below location: 

\%appdata%\Syncfusion\DashboardDesigner\[Version]\ErrorLog 

Please do let us know if you have any concerns.

Thanks for sharing the error log and video to replicate the reported issue from our side.
We were able to reproduce the reported issue - “Error loading dashboard after change language” and the fix for this issue will be available in our upcoming release which is expected to be rolled out in this week.

After new version, the Design Reports crashes even not applying translation.

Now, not works at all (English / Portuguese).

Does not exist Error log in folder %appdata%\Syncfusion\DashboardDesigner\2.2.0.31\ErrorLog

Hi Hub,

Thank you for sharing screen-shot and dashboard files.

We tried using your dashboard files but since your web site URL is not publicly accessible, we were not able to debug the problem from our side. So, we used our sample data source and couldn’t replicate the scenario. We have recorded the same for your reference.
 

If possible, please make the URL publicly accessible with dummy/sample data and share it to us with step-by-step replication procedure. It will help us to diagnose and fix the problem on our side at the earliest.
