Data Integration Platform will not start

Hi I am having problem where Data Intergration platform wont start progress wheel turn for evever  then tells me to contact support

2017-02-22 10:17:39,901 ERROR DataIntegrationLogger Error in CheckWindowsServiceStatus:System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

Please share the logs of the Data Integration Platform from the below location to assist you further? 
  
dataintegration-app.log  - <installedDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\logs\ 
dataintegration-bootstrap.log  - <installedDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\logs\ 
dataintegration-user.log  - <installedDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\logs\ 

Please let us know if you have further assistance.

We regret for the inconvenience caused.  

We don’t find any Exception occurred in the provide logs.  Please try the troubleshooting steps given below,  

·         Clearing cache 
In order to clear the cache, Please delete the following files. 
content_repository – <insatlledDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\content_repository 
database_repository – <insatlledDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\database_repository 
flowfile_repository – <insatlledDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\flowfile_repository 
provenance_repository – <insatlledDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\provenance_repository 
·         Restart the Data integration Platform  
To restart Data Integration running in the background, right click “Syncfusion Data Integration Manager” tray icon and click restart option.

Hi,

the Data Integration won´t start for me too.
I noticed that there is an error in the DataIntegrationService log.

2017-03-16 07:33:23,396 INFO  DataIntegrationLog NiFi Server has been started successfully

 2017-03-16 07:33:47,826 ERROR DataIntegrationLog IsListening -
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Es konnte keine Verbindung hergestellt werden, da der Zielcomputer die Verbindung verweigerte 127.0.0.1:60017
   bei System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.Connect(String hostname, Int32 port)
   bei Syncfusion_Data_Integration_Platform.Service1.IsListening(String server, Int32 port)

 2017-03-16 07:33:47,827 INFO  DataIntegrationLog Syncfusion Data Integration Platform is Stopped.

Is there some kind of fix for this?

DIP Installer Agent Logs                -              <installedDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\Utilities\DataIntegrationAgentLogs 
DIP Management Logs                  -              <installedDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\Utilities\DataIntegrationManagerLogs

Hi Devendran,

unfortunately there are no nifi logs.
I attached the Data Integration Agent and Manager Logs.
I also tried to install and run Nifi on its own and this won´t start either.

Hi Patrick 
Thank you for contacting Syncfusion Support. 
Please check whether “cmd.exe”( C:\Windows\System32\) is set in your system environmental variables. 
Follow the below steps to check for system environmental variables: 
Step 1: Right click the Computer icon and choose Properties from the context menu.  
  
Step 2: Click the Advanced system settings link    
  
Step 3: In System Properties dialog click the Environment Variables button.   
  
Step 4: Now the Environment Variables dialog will appear, In System variables section check “C:\Windows\System32\” is added in Path variable.
  
Step 5: If it is not set, select Path variable and click the edit button. Add C:\Windows\System32 in variable value. 
     
Then start Syncfusion data integration agent manually by following the below steps: 
Step 1: Open command prompt in administrator mode. 
  
Step 2: Go to the  location“C:\Syncfusion\DataIntegration\2.5.0.36\Utilities\SyncfusionDataIntegrationAgent”.     
Step 3: Install data integration agent using below command  
“SyncfusionDataIntegrationAgent.exe start”   
  
Step 4: Now go to the windows services using run window.    
  
Step 5: Search Syncfusion Data Integration Agent and check its status. Please start if it is not started yet.
