codebehind sample for DataGrid

I don't like to use the XAML (I feel it's hard debug ;-) ) for adding components rather I'll use only .cs files. Can you please provide me some samples for DataGrid and ListView.

I prefer go with Xaml if you use MVVM. easy to bind the data.
