From your image, we can see that there is an increment/decrement control at the top, TreeView control at the left and Textboxes at right. Can you explain your form clearly and its operations? This would help us to proceed further on your requirement.

Hi Keerthana Jegannathan,


1 zoom button,
2 scale ruler, this show millisecond and have max value, the last value in ruler will be max value.
3 textblock and it's width have individual value to each other. 

when i click on zoom button, the ruler will be change Segment witdh and textblock(3) should also change width.
