Filter Search For Dropdownlist Parameters

Hi,
I have a parameter in the ReportViewer (Dropdownlist) uses as a filter, given the large number of data the search for a value takes a lot of time. Is it possible to use the filter search in this Dropdownlist parameter (search with maximum characters).
