We are analyzed your query “Possible to add additional options in advanced filter UI to compare? “, We regret to inform you that it is not possible achieve this in SfDataGrid.AdvancedFilter architecture. Instead of AdvancedFilter, you can achieve your requirement in checkbox filtering by selecting corresponding values, please refer the below attached video for your reference. And also you can use FilteRow feature to filter multiple values in UI filtering.
