Tile click animation and mouseup response

Hi,

I am using the TileView in my ASP.NET Core project and I noticed the tileview works fine the first time but (I am guessing) once the page

has been loaded once (e.g. cached) the Tile click animation does not work and the mouseup event does not fire anymore. I have tested this

on latest Chrome and Internet Explorer 11.

• In Chrome the click animation and mouseup does not work.
• In Internet Explorer 11 the click animation does not work but the mouseup works.
  

These errors do not appear the first time it only starts subsequent page visits.

I am using the Tag Helper to construct the TileView.

 We were unable to reproduce the reported issue, “Tile click animation does not work and the mouseup event does not fire anymore”. We have checked the issue in specified browsers IE11 and Chrome latest version 55.0.2883.87, but we were unable to reproduce the issue.    

For your convenience, we have created a simple sample based on your requirement and the sample is available in:

Hi Rekha,

I downloaded the sample you provided and watched the video and they both seems to show the tiles working fine.

I tried excluding all of my other javascript libraries like devexpress and few others, but I still got the same problem.

For test/debug purposes I have uploaded a tile test page to my production website so you can check it on your end.

The link is http://tinyurl.com/zbjno8x. Can you try it and see if you can find out what is going on.

We were unable to reproduce the reported issue “Tile click animation does not work and the mouseup event does not fire anymore” in provided sample link http://tinyurl.com/zbjno8x.  we have checked in chrome latest version 55.0.2883.87 and IE11. Could you please share the following details? 

Whether this issue occurs in our online demo link of ASP.NET core, http://aspnetcore.syncfusion.com/tileview/default. If yes, please share the browser and System OS details.  

If you faced this issue only in your sample, share us your simplified sample to us. It will helpful to reproduce the issue in our end and provide appropriate solution for this.

Yes, I get the same problem when I view http://aspnetcore.syncfusion.com/tileview/default. My browser is Chrome latest version 55.0.2883.87 (same as yours) and I am running Windows 10 Home (Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393).

Hi Rekha,

There seems to be a problem with my Chrome installation (maybe due to previous extensions I used). Therefore I am only able to replicate this on my pc

but no one else has this problem :).
