Just a feature suggestion.
It would be nice to have a control panel that lets you select what products you want to install/upgrade with service pack releases.
Currently to install service packs you have to download each one and enter either your username and password or key for each installer.
Instead with the control panel you would login once to connet to your account, in addition to entering by key. by having a control panel that lets you check each install available or check all it becomes much easier to manage releases and service packs. Plus if the users choose they can be notified when new releases/service packs are available
