Renaming a sheet

I'm calling the RenameSheet() method, but it doesn't seem to be working as expected.  Is there something more I have to do?  I also tried setting the IWorkSheet.Name property, but that doesn't seem to work either.

Hi John,

Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

We are checked your reported query and we could found that in SfSpreadsheet, calling RenameSheet method with existing name will start the editing on corresponding sheet header and then you can modify the name by editing on header. Please find the sample for this from below location.

Currently we do not have support to completely rename the sheet programmatically. However, we will consider this as an enhancement and will provide you the patch having this support on or before December  27, 2016.

Elakkiya M.

Just so you know, having the user change the name himself is not an acceptable work around. Not being able to change the name programmatically is arbitrary, not to mention absurd.

Hi John,

Currently we do not have support to completely rename the sheet programmatically in SfSpreadsheet. However, we will consider this as an enhancement and logged report. A support incident has been created under your account to track the status of this report. Please log on to our support website to check for further updates.
