Tabindex Jumping to next Cell

Hello,

i have the problem that in Batch Editmode one Column is not accessible through the Tab-Button. 

If i start with Column1 and Tabbing to next Column2 everything is ok. But if i tab to nex Column3 he is jumping over to Column4. 

How to set the tabindex to my Grid cells?

Iam using JSRender Templates for this Colums like:

col.Field(t => t.ArbeitszeitBeginn).HeaderText("Arbeitszeit Beginn").EditTemplate(editTemp => editTemp.Create("Helper.EJGrid.createInput").Write("Helper.EJGrid.DateTime.writeTimePicker").Read("Helper.EJGrid.DateTime.readTimePicker")).Template("{{time:ArbeitszeitBeginn}}").Add();

Can you help ne?
