Can not startup default template ?

Hi

I'm new user for Syncfusion(14.4.0.15). I had already install the product and open vs2015 , create a new SyncFusion ASP.Net Web Application by default template and F5 to run ! Then I get error from Startup.cs and say Microsoft.Owin, Version=2.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, can not load.....

How can I fix the problem to start learning Syncfusion ?
