ColumnSizer calculation inaccurate if cell font size/weight modified.

I found if I modify a grid's font size or a column's font weight, the ColumnSizer selections that are to size to the cell content result in column widths that truncate the cell contents.

I modified an example project to demonstrate.

Is there a way around this?
