Export GridView content to Excel

Hello,

I've done some research on both the forums and the KB but didn't found any advice on how to export the content of a MS GridView control to an Excel file.

I know it is possible export a DataTable or others datasources to Excel but I want to export che content of a GridView control, with its headings and, possibly, its formatting.

Is it possible?
If yes, how?

Any help is greatly apreciated.
