From your query, we suspect that the console error is because of incorrect order of script reference in your page. Since properties.js is dependent on our EJ components, it is must to refer ej.web.all.min before referring properties.js. Also, please note that, properties.js is one of the helper files used in our Samplebrowser and it does not come under our set of EJ widgets.
So, if you have any concerns or requirements regarding any of our EJ components, please let us know.
