Gauge as alert

Hi,

Is it possible to use the gauge widget as a alert?

We have 1 datasource, if the value is higher than approx 15 then the meter should be indicating an alert. It is not clear to me how i can set the default value.
(target should be a pre set value)

The stacked bar could also be used if possible, indicating higher values in red.
