My syncfusion   Version: 
today i download the word document as before it failed. I never change the code 

the screen was copied as attachement. 
or you can download use the following link . 

Click the Button Document(word format) .

my last vb.net code like 

  document.Save(Now.Year & "_" & Now.Month & "_" & Now.Day & "_profit.docx", FormatType.Docx, Response, HttpContentDisposition.Attachment)

Hi William,

Thank you for using Syncfusion products.

On further analyzing with the given details, reported issue has been reproduced only on Google Chrome browser. Other browsers are download the Word document properly, we also tried the solutions provided in the below link but it did not resolve the issue.

This issue not related our DocIO control.  So kindly raise the query to Google Chrome support team to resolve the reported issue.
