Hi Tomasz,
Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.
We were not able to reproduce the reported issue on our end.
After checking the screenshot, we suspect that the assembly “Microsoft.Owin” was not referred in your project.
So, please install the missing assembly by using the following command in your Package manager console

install-Package Microsoft.Owin

If you still face any such issues in your project, then kindly let us know.
Regards,
Deepa L.

In this case the proble is in version of the Microsoft Owin, adding this information to configuration manager:
<assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">
<dependentAssembly>
<assemblyIdentity name="Microsoft.Owin" culture="neutral" publicKeyToken="31bf3856ad364e35" />
<bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-3.0.1.0" newVersion="3.0.1.0" />
</dependentAssembly>
</assemblyBinding><assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">

<assemblyIdentity name="WebGrease" culture="neutral" publicKeyToken="31bf3856ad364e35" />
<bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-1.5.2.14234" newVersion="1.5.2.14234" />
</dependentAssembly></assemblyBinding><assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">

</dependentAssembly></assemblyBinding>
<assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">

</dependentAssembly>
</assemblyBinding>
<assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">

<assemblyIdentity name="Microsoft.Owin.Security.Cookies" culture="neutral" publicKeyToken="31bf3856ad364e35" />

<bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-3.0.1.0" newVersion="3.0.1.0" />
</dependentAssembly>
</assemblyBinding>
and next warnnig.
is about processor architecture:
changing the targeted processor architecture in the project through the Configuration Manager to x86. solved the all problems in your template.
Thank You
Tomasz
