Exception thrown

Getting the following exception after leaving a page that has a barcode displayed on it.

Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'System.AggregateException', reason: 'System.AggregateException: A Task's exception(s) were not observed either by Waiting on the Task or accessing its Exception property. As a result, the unobserved exception was rethrown by the finalizer thread. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at Syncfusion.SfBarcode.XForms.iOS.SfBarcodeMapping

Any ideas as what this could be.

Hi Bob,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.

We have checked and we are unable to reproduce the mentioned issue “Throws exception in Barcode Xamarin Forms” from our side. We have prepared a simple barcode sample, please find the sample link below.

Sample Link: BarcodeSample

Could you please modify the provided sample with more details along with its issue reproducing procedure? It will be helpful for us to analyze your requirement and provide you a solution.

Regards,

Ok thanks for trying.
Given that we are just in trial mode at this point, I don't have the time to try and recreate this because it requires basically our entire app to demonstrate.

So I will just use the ZXING library to render the barcode.
