IIS doesn’t load Website / WebApplication on 64 bit PC

Need solution for below ASP.NET issue:

IIS website / web application which is running perfect on 32 bit machine, but I can't run same on 64 bit server.

Looking for effective solution. Please do the needful.

Web Application will work fine on 64bit machine, can you please check your configuration, whether all the dll files required for the projects are present in the machine? Please provide information regarding the issue you are facing currently in detail with screenshots of error messages.
