As of now, the mentioned "MonthView Inline TimeFormat customization support" is not available in Schedule Xamarin Forms. Since this feature isn’t available in our product, we consider this to be a feature request. We have logged a feature request in our database. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming volume release. We will let you know once the implementation has done.
