ChartZoomPanBehavior does not work when I use SplineSeries with CustomTemplate

I want to  horizontal scrolling the chart with a SplineSeries.But when I add a CustomTemplate for it,The SplineSeries always stay the same place.

When I use the LineSeries with CustomTemplate Instead,There is no problem.
