Exporting the chart control to excel file in Windows 8 c#

I am using the syncfusion chart control to create the chart in my application.

Can any one help me, how to export the chart to the excel file from windows 8 application ?

Hi Sivalingam, 

Thanks for using the Syncfusion products. 

We cannot convert a UIElement into image in WinRT and due to this limitation in WinRT Framework, we are unable to provide this support. We will implement it once this support is added in framework itself. 

Please let us know if you have concerns.

In windows 8.1, we have an exporting support for SfChart.

We have achieved your requirement (Exporting chart in excel) in workaround on WPF platform. We have prepared a demo sample for your requirement and it can be downloaded from below link,

You can try ZetExcel.com If you need Excel generation functionality for your .net application.
