Hi, I try to install Essential Studio, but after enter key, I can't continue with setup, is disabled to select platforms, and Next button is disabled too.

I attach a screenshot.

Hi Juan Carlos Sanchez,

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

1. Close the current Syncfusion Essential Studio Installation wizard.
2. Navigate to the below location and remove all the files in the temp folder.


Navigate to Start ->Run->%temp%->OK
Path: {drive}\Users\{currentuser}\AppData\Local\Temp

3. Now re-install the Syncfusion Essential Studio Setup. The reported issue will be resolved and Essential Studio setup can install without any issues.
