Under what license is the source of the samples being provided? Can I use parts in my own software?

Sample code is licensed under the same terms as the rest of our product. Samples code can certainly be used to enhance your products. Please let us if you require any additional clarification.

So this means I can use parts of the samples in production projects?

Double checking: the normal product is delivered as .dll's....
