Spreadsheet doesn't work with jQuery 3

Greetings,

I want to report that attempting to replace jQuery version with 3.1.0 in the spreadsheet examples breaks them. The jquery-migrate plugin doesn't help. I'm sticking to jQuery 2.2.4 for now. May be worth mentioning this in the docs until jQuery 3 is supported.
