Multiline text input field (maskedit)

How to make simple multiline text input field.

Do I need to use maskedit or RichTextEditor?

I do not need RichTextEditor, it brings a lot of control, I just need simple multiline text (like text area).

Hi Milo,

we have analysed your query, Currently we don’t have an option for multiline support in maskedit control. Our textbox control have a single line support only. Already we have logged this as a feature in our side.  You can use the RTE for multiline support but it will loaded with their sub components.
