Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion products. We have plan of providing Themes support for our UWP controls. We will include theme support for UWP platform in our upcoming Vol 3 or Vol 4, 2016 release.

Not asking for guarantees here, but you have estimates on what timeframe that might be? (like winter 2016/2017, or something like that)

We are in plan of providing theming support for our UWP controls and we have not yet started. We expect that we will provide on or before end of this year (2016)
