Text with single quote prefix (') change to double single quotes when assigned to range .text property.

When a range's .text string value starts with a single quote (to indicate a string literal in excel) it gets changed to a double single quote by xlsio when assigned to the .text property of a range How can this bug be resolved?

We are unable to reproduce the issue in our latest version 14.1 of Essential studio. We have shared the sample by setting text with prefix (‘) to text property which can be downloaded from following location.
