checkNode() triggering e-nodecheck event twice

Hi.

We're experiencing a bug in v14.1.0.46 where the e-nodecheck event is triggering twice when the checkNode() method is used to check a tree node's checkbox.

I've attached a demo to demonstrate this.

What we're attempting to achieve is the checking of the checkbox when the user clicks the label. If there is a built in way to achieve this, that would be preferred to the work-around we are using which involves checkNode(). The solution we have in place is based on a previous forum post requesting that functionality.

If it isn't possible to do it using built in functionality, we would need a way to use checkNode and not have it trigger twice.

Thanks.
