Hello,

Your online documentation http://help.syncfusion.com/aspnet/maps/overview#some-of-the-maps-control-use-case-scenarios says:
5. To visualize the layout of a building.

Do you have any sample on how to visualize the layout of a building?
Is it possible to use the Map control with an image (jpg or png file) as the 'map' for the building layout? (kind of like the ASP.NET ImageMap control)

Hi Carlson,

Yes. We can visualize the layout of building in maps control. In order to render a layout, we need a json file or shape file of the building.

We have created simple sample that renders layout using json file (blockone.json). We don't have a support to render an image file in maps control
