How to integrate require attr with angularjs form validation?

Hi,
I have a form and put ejDateTimepicker inside like:

<data-ng-form name="newForm">
<input id="newForm_startDateTime" name="dt"  type="text" ej-datetimepicker e-value="datetime" e-width="200px" e-dateTimeFormat="yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm" e-timeDisplayFormat="HH:mm" require>
<span data-ng-show="newForm.dt.$invalid">require!</span>
</data-ng-form>

but it seems not work? do I miss something?
