Hi Aladdin,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We suspect that multiple versions of
 EJ.Web dll which is referred in your project is the cause for the reported issue. We request you to ensure the following steps at your end.

1.       Clear bin folder and clean the project once before running the project.
2.       Ensure that the Reference section EJ.Web dll  version and the version given in Web.config file are same as shown below.
