grid excel export problem with doubles

I want export a grid with columns with double values.

In excel, the doubles values are without the separator.

We are sorry that the issue is not reproducible at our end with the sample that you have shared. But we are able to reproduce the issue if localization is set to the grid.

So could you please confirm if you have faced the reported issue while enabling locale to the Grid?
