SfTextBoxExt does not show the matched item in the suggestio list.

I use SfTextBoxExt for app to search stock, the step is

1. Type "F" in SfTextBoxExt

2. use "F" search stock symbols, return F, FB, FCX, FEYE, FIT, FXCM and populated to Suggestions

3. When the popup opened, the suggestion list does not show Item "F" in the list as described in the Doc.

4. If I choose FB, the F will show in the suggestion List, but FB will disappear.

Is the a bug? How I can show all suggested items in the suggestion List.

My windows is Windows 10, VS is VS 2015. the version of  SfTextBoxExt  is 13.3.0.18

Thank you for using Syncfusion products.

When entered characters match with the whole word, it will not be included in suggestion list. For displaying the complete words in suggestion list, we have prepared a sample using 'Custom' filter that filters all suggestion starting with the entered Text.
