Inkcanvas strokes to pdf points

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to add inkcanvas strokes as pdf annotations, its not working as expected in UWP. The position of ink points was different. I have used code from WPF ink annotation example that converts Ink strokes to Pdf unit points. Any example code?
