PdfLightTableException "Can't draw table, because there is not enough space for it." but enough space exist!

The exception is thrown in the last red line code.

The first table has 7 rows, the second four and the third one.

Have you an idea ?

We are unable to reproduce the issue Getting exception there is not enough space to draw the rows , when draw three light tables in one page “. We have attached the sample which we have tried to reproduce the issue.
