How to modify ChromelessWindow default metro style?

Question

The default style of ChromelessWindow is very good looking, but what if I want to modify it slightly.

1) Where I can found default slyle and control template of ChromelessWindow? In examples and Knowledge base I found only default view or comletely different (for example https://www.syncfusion.com/kb/4585/how-to-customize-the-titlebar-of-the-chromelesswindow).

2) How can I change alignment of the icon in the window title? By default icon is near the window buttons (metro style), but I want set left alignment.
